• All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available under specific circumstances as outlined below.

• If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 30 days of purchase.

• Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been delivered.

• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or failure to complete the program.

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for their own participation, progress, and commitment to the coaching program.

• We are not responsible for a lack of results due to client non-participation.

• All client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from our coaching services.

• Our services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
